Bioshock over Steam won't start

Hi!

I have Win7 (x64) running on a Intel Core2 Quad CPU @2.83GHz with 4GB RAM and an ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series with 1GB. With my new baby I shold now be able to play Bioshock, however it won't start

All other games under steam run smoothly. Bioshock installed a C++ Redistributable and DirectX. When I start it I only get a crash message [translation]:
